Inviteo is a digital invitation platform that allows event organizers to publish a personalized landing and manage RSVP confirmations.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree to: - Provide truthful data when making a booking - Not use the system to make false or fraudulent bookings - Not attempt to access data of other users or businesses - Not perform actions that could compromise the security or availability of the service

3. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for: - Attending booked appointments or cancelling in advance - Keeping their contact details up to date - Reporting any unauthorized use of their data

4. Business responsibilities

Each organizer using Inviteo is responsible for: - The content published in their invitation - Compliance with applicable regulations - Managing relationships with their guests Inviteo is not responsible for event organization.

5. Cancellations

RSVP confirmations can be updated by guests or organizers from the admin panel. Inviteo does not charge penalties for RSVP changes.

6. Limitation of liability

Inviteo provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use, nor for actions or omissions of registered organizers.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content (design, code, brand, text) is owned by Inviteo and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from platform use, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
